FYI: There is an ice skating rink at The Plaza of the Americas in downtown Dallas, and on Wednesday nights an entire family can skate for $10. This was Elise's first time on skates (Kaila's third--she's a pro), and we had a wonderful time eating dinner there and then skating with the Granados.
The weekend before Valentine's Day, Grant and Kaila dressed up for the Father-Daughter dinner & dance at ballet....of course, Cinderella had to go to the ball.

Sam's response, "There is no way I would get Katherine out on ice". We are amazed that they are at the age where they can ice skate. Maybe we will have to try it soon.
Oh - the Father/Daughter dinner picture is so cute. I hope we get to do something like that at some point! I'm already dreading these sweet girls getting married some day and leaving us!
