Grant's Girlie Girls

Grant has a fear that Kaila and Elise will be too girlie....I have assured him that although they like dressing-up, getting their nails painted, pretending they're princesses and ballerinas, etc.....He has NOTHING to worry about. My girls can get dirty with the best of them!

This was late June, and they were supposed to be playing in the sprinkler---but the next thing I knew, the sandbox had become a beach--and Elise is outside & naked, again. (Please note the sand pile on top of Elise's head courtesy of Kaila...actually I think Kaila did it all.)

Kaila making mud pies in mid-August after playing in the rain and our infamous driveway puddle. She was covered with mud by the end, but Elise had no interest this time other than walking through the water and playing on the slide. Very strange for Miss Messy.
